The "Getting started" guide

Goal. Use the checklist the CRM shows administrators until the company is fully configured.

Prerequisites. Administrator role and the welcome wizard already closed.

Where it is

In the top bar, to the left of the notifications bell, a progress ring shows the text "Getting started" and the count of completed steps, for example "4/8". Clicking it opens a side panel with the eight steps.

"Getting started" panel with completed and pending steps

Each step shows its estimated time and, when clicked, takes you straight to the screen where it is done. Steps are ticked automatically when the CRM detects the action is done; there is nothing to tick by hand.

The eight steps

Step Where it is done When it counts as done
"Add your logo and color" "Settings" › "Business parameters" A logo or an accent colour is saved.
"Review your services and prices" "Settings" › "Services" There is more than one service, or at least one with a price.
"Create your first client" "Clients" At least one client exists.
"Open your first case" "Cases" At least one case exists.
"Set up a form's intake" "Settings" › "Services" › "Manage the forms catalog" At least one field is defined for the client to fill in.
"Complete your contract identity" "Settings" › "Contract" The legal name is filled in.
"Connect WhatsApp or email" "Settings" › "Integrations" A messaging or email integration is connected.
"Turn on your AI assistant" "Settings" › "Integrations" An AI provider is connected.

Hiding the guide

The "Hide this guide" link at the bottom of the panel removes it from the bar for the whole company. When all eight steps are completed, the guide disappears by itself and is not shown again.

Troubleshooting

  • The guide does not appear. Only administrators see it. It is also absent if someone hid it with "Hide this guide" or if all eight steps are already completed.
  • A step stays unticked although it was done. Check the condition in the table above. For example, the services step requires more than one service or a price, and the contract step requires the legal name, not just the business name.
