Documents
Goal. Find any file of any case from a single screen, know whether it is already copied to the cloud and open the case it belongs to.
Prerequisites. The "View cases" permission. Documents are uploaded and managed from each case page (the "Cases" category); this screen only lists them. For copies to Google Drive or OneDrive, an administrator connects the cloud in "Settings" › "Integrations".

What the screen shows
- Three figures: "Documents", the total number of files; "This month", those uploaded in the current month; and "In the cloud", those already copied to Google Drive or OneDrive.
- The type filters: "All" and one button per document type configured in "Settings" › "Cases", each with its count.
- The "Search by file name or case number…" box.
- The table with "File", "Case", "Type", "Status" and "Date". The status is the document's status in the case, "Pending", "Received" or "Reviewed", and the right end of each row states whether the file is "In the cloud" or "Pending sync to the cloud". The case number leads to the case page, where the file actions live.
With no documents yet, the screen shows "Documents will live here" with the "Go to cases" link or, if no cloud is connected either, "Connect your document cloud" with the "Connect your cloud" button. While there is no cloud, files stay in the CRM's storage.

Actions on a file
They are performed from the "Documents" section of the case page: "View", "Download", "Share (read-only)", "Stop sharing" and "Delete document". The "Delete documents" and "Stop sharing documents" permissions restrict the last two. The detail is in the article "The case page" of the "Cases" category.
Troubleshooting
- "No documents match your search." Remove the type filter or the search text.
- A file stays "Pending sync to the cloud". No cloud is connected, or the copy is queued and retries on its own. If the case shows "Sync failed (will retry)", check the connection in "Settings" › "Integrations".
- A document type is missing from the filters. Types are defined in "Settings" › "Cases".
- The "Documents" entry is missing under "Operations". Your role lacks "View cases".
