Advertising
Goal. See in the CRM the spend, clicks and leads of your Meta and Google Ads campaigns, and know how many of those leads became clients.
Prerequisites. The "View advertising" permission. An administrator must connect Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads through Zevli Connect in "Settings" › "Integrations". Without connected accounts the screen shows "Your campaigns will live here" with the instruction to connect.

With the accounts connected
The screen fills with data from the connected platforms, synced daily; "Sync" forces an immediate refresh.
- The period's indicators: "Spend", "Clicks", "Avg. CPC", "Leads", "Cost per lead" and "CTR", with the change against the previous period, and the "Daily spend" chart.
- "Campaigns": each campaign with its "Platform", "Status", "Spend", "Clicks", "CPC", "Leads" and "CPL". "Search campaign…" filters the table.
- "Platform performance": the Meta and Google summary.
- "From the client · real attribution": how many leads of each campaign became clients and left a deposit, with "Clients won", "Cost per client", "Deposits collected" and "Return (deposits/spend)". It fills in as leads that originated in a campaign become clients.
- "AI Analyst": an analysis of the campaigns generated with the connected AI provider; "Refresh" regenerates it.
- "Connected accounts": each ad account can be labelled with a client's name in "Client name…" and "Save", to filter by client at the top.
The Meta and Google consent screens shown when connecting the accounts belong to those platforms and are not reproduced in this guide.
Troubleshooting
- "No data in this period". The accounts are connected but there was no activity in the chosen range, or the daily sync has not run yet. Use "Sync".
- A campaign is missing. Check the client filter at the top and the search; "Clear filter" shows every account.
- "AI Analyst" is empty. Click "Refresh". It requires a connected AI provider.
- Attribution shows zeros. No campaign lead has left a deposit yet; the block fills in when that happens.
