Welcome wizard

Goal. Complete the two steps that make a newly created company ready to work: the business identity and the service pack for its industry.

Prerequisites. Administrator role. The wizard appears once, the first time an administrator enters a company that has not completed it yet. Everything configured here can be changed later in "Settings".

Step 1: "Your business"

The name and logo appear in the header, in client messages and in documents.

1. To add the logo, click the circle with the company initial ("Upload logo") and choose a PNG, JPG or WebP file of at most 2 MB.
2. Review the "Business name".
3. Choose the "Business time zone". The AI assistant resolves expressions such as "tomorrow" or "this Tuesday" and books appointments in this local time.
4. Choose the "Accent color", which is the colour of buttons, links and highlights across the system. "Use the default color" restores the original.
5. Click "Save identity". The CRM confirms with "Business identity updated".

Step 2: "Your industry"

The text under the title shows how many services the company has. A new company starts with a single general service.

1. Click "Load pack". The "Industry packs" dialog opens with the available sectors: Immigration, Translations, Notary, Accounting and tax, Law firm, Credit repair, Travel agency, Insurance, Real estate, Construction and remodeling, Clinic or practice, Workshop or repair service, Marketing or design agency, Recruiting, Education and training and Generic.
2. On the matching industry, click "See what it adds". The pack's services are listed, each with its number of stages; clicking the stage count shows the full workflow.
3. Untick the services you do not need and click "Add N services". Services that already exist are not duplicated. The CRM confirms with "N services added".
4. Click "Start working". To leave it for later, "Skip for now" closes the wizard without loading services.

If the industry was chosen when the administrator account was created, the pack is already applied and this step only shows it. Several industries can be combined: load the main one here and add the others in "Settings" › "Services".

Troubleshooting

• The wizard does not appear. Only administrators see it, and only until "Start working" or "Skip for now" is clicked. The same settings live in "Settings" › "Business parameters" and "Settings" › "Services".
• "You already have every service in this pack. Nothing to add.". The pack was loaded before. Review the services in "Settings" › "Services".
• The logo is rejected. The file must be PNG, JPG or WebP and weigh 2 MB or less.
