What the dashboard shows
Goal. Read the "Dashboard", the first screen after signing in, and know where each figure comes from so you can act on what needs attention.
Prerequisites. An active session. Money figures are only shown to users with the "View amounts and balances" permission; everyone else sees the dashboard without amounts.

Top row
Next to the title, three figures for the week:
- "Collected this month": the sum of payments marked as paid in the current month.
- "New clients this week": clients created in the last seven days.
- "New tasks this week": tasks created in the last seven days.
The four cards
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| "Active cases" | Open, non-archived cases. The coloured bar splits those cases across the process stages; stages with the same name in different services are added together. |
| "Pending balance" | The sum of the outstanding balances of active cases, with the trend of collections over the last 30 days. |
| "Upcoming deadlines" | Open cases whose status light is yellow or red, that is, with the deadline close or past. The days that define each colour are set in "Settings" › "Cases". |
| "New leads (30 days)" | Clients created in the last 30 days, the change against the previous 30 days and the photos of the four most recent. |
"Pending tasks"
Lists the company's uncompleted tasks, sorted by due date, with the count of open and overdue ones. Each row shows the date, the type, the title and the client. "View all" opens the "Tasks" module, where tasks are completed or reassigned.
"Agenda"
Shows the scheduled appointments for the next seven days. The strip of days marks with a dot those that have appointments, and each appointment shows the time, the title, the client and the location. "View calendar" opens the "Calendar".
Charts
- "Cases by stage": the same distribution as the active cases card, with the change in opened cases against the previous month. Hovering over each segment shows its details.
- "Leads by source (30 days)": where new clients come from, according to the source recorded on each record.
- "Income by service": collected payments split by service.
- "Income by month": the last six months, with the change against the previous month and the "High", "Low" and "Change" values.
"Needs attention"
The list of the five open cases with the highest priority. Priority is a score from 0 to 100 that the CRM computes by adding these factors:
| Factor | Points |
|---|---|
| Red status light | 30 |
| Yellow status light | 15 |
| Deadline within the next 7 days | 20 |
| Deadline within the next 14 days | 10 |
| Any overdue payment | 15 |
| Outstanding balance | 10 |
| Case locked for lack of contract or deposit | 10 |
| No communication with the client in the last 7 days | 10 |
| Pending documents in the checklist | 5 |
Each row shows the case number with its status colour, the client, the service, the "Deadline" and the score bar. Clicking a row opens the case.
On a phone
On narrow screens the cards and blocks stack in a single column, in the same order.

Troubleshooting
- "Collected this month" and "Pending balance" are missing. Your role lacks the "View amounts and balances" permission. An administrator can grant it in "Settings" › "Team".
- The charts say "No data yet". There are no collected payments, leads or cases in the period. Figures appear as soon as activity is recorded.
- A closed case still appears in "Needs attention". The list only includes open cases; check that the case was closed and not just moved to another stage.
- The dashboard opens with the welcome wizard. The company has not completed its first run yet; see "Welcome wizard" under "Getting started".
