How Zevli CRM is organized
Goal. Learn the areas of the screen, the navigation by module and the shortcuts that are available from anywhere in the CRM.
Prerequisites. A user account with an active session. The navigation entries you see depend on your role and permissions, so your screen may show fewer items than described here.
Areas of the screen

- Top bar. On the left, your company's brand: its logo or initial and its name. In the centre, the modules: "Dashboard", "Inbox", "Clients", "Cases", "Sales", "Operations" and "Settings". On the right, the global actions: search, language, a direct link to the inbox, the "Getting started" guide, notifications and the user menu.
- Icon rail. On large screens, a dark column on the left repeats the same modules as icons. Hovering over an icon shows its name. The rail disappears inside the inbox to give the conversations the full width.
- Work area. The content of the open module.
Modules and their submenus
The "Sales" and "Operations" entries group several screens. Clicking them opens a submenu:
- "Sales" contains "Quotes", "Contracts", "Payments", "Reports", "Campaigns" and "Advertising".
- "Operations" contains "Documents", "Tasks", "Plans" and "Calendar".

In the icon rail, the same groups open a side submenu.

Only administrators see the "Settings" entry. The other entries are hidden when the user lacks the corresponding permission; see the article "Roles and permissions" in this category.
Companies
If your user belongs to more than one company in the same installation, the brand in the top bar becomes a switcher. Clicking it opens the "Your companies" list, with "You are here" next to the active company and a link to "Companies" in Settings. With a single company the brand is a link to the "Dashboard".
Global search
The magnifying-glass button, or the Ctrl+K shortcut from any screen, opens "Search the whole CRM". Type at least two letters of a name, a phone number, an email address or a case number. Each result is labelled "Client" or "Case". Use the arrow keys to move through the results and Enter to open one.

Language
The button showing the current language code, "ES" or "EN", switches between "Spanish" and "English". The change is immediate and applies to the whole interface. The same preference can be set from "Profile" under "Regional settings".
User menu
The avatar in the top right corner opens a menu with your email address, the "Profile" entry and the "Sign out" action.

On a phone
On narrow screens the top bar is reduced: the menu button on the left opens a side panel with the same navigation by module, and the icon rail is not shown.

Troubleshooting
- A module that a colleague sees is missing. The entry is hidden because your role lacks the permission that enables it. An administrator can review it under "Settings" › "Team".
- The icon rail has disappeared. Inside the "Inbox" the rail is hidden on purpose and returns when you leave the inbox. It is not shown in narrow windows either; use the menu button.
- The search returns nothing. Check that you typed at least two characters. The search covers the clients and cases of the active company; data from another company in the installation does not appear until you switch company.
